Ramones: Poison Heart
No one ever thought this one would survive
Helpless child, gonna walk a drum beat behind
Lock you in a dream, never let you go
Never let you laugh or smile, not you.
Well, I just want to walk right out of this world,
'Cause everybody has a poison heart
I just want to walk right out of this world,
'Cause everybody has a poison heart.
Making friends with a homeless torn up man
He just kind of smiles, it really shakes me up.
There's danger on every corner but I'm okay
Walking down the street trying to forget yesterday.
Well, I just want to walk right out of this world,
'Cause everybody has a poison heart.
I just want to walk right out of this world,
'Cause everybody has a poison heart,
a poison heart, a poison heart, a poison heart ... yeah!
You know that life really takes its toll
And a poet's gut reaction is to search his very soul
So much damn confusion before my eyes,
But nothing seems to phase me and this one still survives.
I just want to walk right out of this world,
'Cause everybody has a poison heart.
I just want to walk right out of this world,
'Cause everybody has a poison heart,
Well, I just want to walk right out of this world,
'Cause everybody has a poison heart.
a poison heart, a poison heart, a poison heart.
a poison heart, a poison heart, a poison heart.

Rabble Rousing
KHEL 666 Krew, I feel like turning it up a notch tonight. I feel like a little thrash/punk/metalcore and some anti-establishment sentiments. Join me if you wish by following our little blog, or our Facebook page.
Oh yeah, and fuck Snapperfest.

Changing Horses
Dearest KHEL 666 friends, tonight I would like to deviate from the lovely and soulful sounds we have been experiencing the past few nights, and instead try out some newer, hardcore punk which was recommended to me. Diversity is what it's all about--hope you enjoy!

Punky but Hardly Spunky
How goes it, KHEL 666 chums? With any luck I'll have a fair bit of down time tonight and can post lots of songs. I found out about this newer punk/alternative band (well, new to me, anyway--formed in 2004) called Lemuria, and that's the theme I'll be going with tonight! Hope you enjoy it!

Heavy Cross
I love Beth Ditto! What this world needs are more badass, confident big girls.
Of course there was the inevitable comment from some idiot.
"Woah...a fucking...FAT VULCAN?" he so cleverly said.
"Whoa...a fucking...MORON making a fat joke. How unoriginal." I replied.
Fuck the haters. Beth, you go on with your bad self!
