Magic of Jovial: In the World
This is a young band with the courage to speak out about current world issues. Such a refreshing change from the kind of tripe that gets featured at the VMA's...not that I'm mentioning any names!

Sarpantium: Provocation of an Eternal Odium
Revived are sentiments towards your brethren
Coercing emotions have set your vigour Crown
Exodus, envisions of Kur
Provocation to salvage light
Adorn as she waits, martyrdom will ingress
Odyssey of Inanna
Odyssey of Inanna
Exodus, envisions of Kur
Ascendancy, envisions of Kur
a plight which shall not rest
For the gods will trust in your
Ascendancy, envisions of Kur
Provocation to salvage light
Adorn as she waits
Martyrdom will ingress in suffering
Ascendancy, envisions of Kur
Provocation to salvage light.
Adorn as she waits
Martyrdom will ingress
Odyssey of Inanna
Odyssey of Inanna
A plight which shall not rest
A plight which shall not rest
For the gods will trust in your
At the gates she stood arrayed in splendour
With symbols of endowment
Sullen empress
Enraged the vehemence
Sullen empress
...I proclaim Ereshkigal
...I proclaim Ereshkigal
Revived are sentiments towards your brethren
Coercing emotions have set your vigour Crown

The Times Playlist

Here is a playlist for you from The Times. It's a time machine to the early 1980s. This band did not get much airplay in the U.S., at least not in the part of the country where I was living. Maybe in New York or L.A. or places like that. I honestly don't know.

Dub Trio Playlist

If you are the kind of person who likes electronica, dub, and instrumental tunes, Dub Trio is a band that you will want to check out. They tend to have a heavier sound, although there is a lot of variety in their style. Here is a playlist featuring this talented act. Perfect for writing or doing art or editing by, if that sort of thing happens to be your bag, Baby.
