From the Wikipedia entry:

A cappella (Italian for "in the manner of the church" or "in the manner of the chapel") music is specifically group, or solo, singing without instrumental sound, or a piece intended to be performed in this way.

Thus, the song above does not really fit the criteria, because it does have instrumental accompaniment. But it is pretty damn cool nonetheless.

This is actually a much more accurate example of Acapella.

X is a U.S. punk band, formed in Los Angeles, California in 1977. The members are vocalist Exene Cervenka, vocalist/bassist John Doe, guitarist Billy Zoom, and drummer D.J. Bonebrake. 

John Doe and Exene Cervenka were married from 1980 to 1985. Following the divorce, Exene married actor Viggo Mortensen in 1987. They separated in 1992 and divorced in 1997. They had one child, Henry, who was born in 1988. 

Exene Cervenka was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2009.

X is a greatly underrated band.  They have an extensive catalog of music, well worth checking out.
