Netherworld Cinema: Fertile Ground 2011 [Full-Movie]

Rated R for nudity, violence and profanity. The nudity isn't particularly obtrusive and the pseudo-sex is pretty toned down, although predictable.

The cast puts in good performances. The plot is predictable. The special effects are cheesy overall, although the miscarriage scene is striking and disturbing.

Overall rating 2.5 out of 5 stars. I've certainly seen worse, but I've definitely seen better.

Netherworld Cinema: Ouija Movie

Might be a good popcorn movie.

Their "seance" was a total set-up. Communication with the spirit world is rarely that melodramatic in reality.

As for Ouija boards, I had a couple of really scary experiences with them. You usually don't get friendly spirits through that mode of communication.

Have some Respect for the Dead

As Suicide said when Trash was grinding against his leg in the cemetery across the way from the crematorium:

"C'mon, willya? Have some fuckin' respect for the Dead!"

My writing sis Lily Strange certainly encountered one whole fuckton of no respect for the Dead when she published her ill-fated novel, Eternal Death: Lost Beneath the Surface, which is currently being revised by my other writing sis, Rose LeMort.

I'm sure that the Dead are not interested in other people's pervy sex fantasies.

Having sex with corpses is straight up nasty.

Attempting to have sex with ghosts is a really bad idea. You could end up with a demon in your bed instead.

I'm extremely interested in what goes on in the Afterlife. I think it's best to be polite to the people I might meet when I get there!
