Cinephile: Better Said

Not sure what the message at the beginning is about. I don't share the sentiment. I'm sharing for the song and the creepy accompanying picture.

Lost Area: When Darkness Falls

Unfortunately, this fine German band has decided to part ways. I think they could have gone further, but they feel it is time to move on to other projects.

Their vocals are somewhat reminiscent of Sisters of Mercy's Andrew Eldritch. The keyboards are less "dark" than the sound preferred by SOM. I'm not trying to draw a hard comparison between the two bands, only to say that I hear some similarities.

Lost Area may be categorized as "emo," and so what? I hate genre-bashing. Good music is good music. Also, attacking people who identify as "emo" is messed up. What harm are they actually doing?

I may be an old fart, but there is a truism that should be followed in any generation. Live and let live. It's as simple as that.

Bullying is never justifiable.

WHEN DARKNESS FALLS

(Music and Lyrics by vDiva)

The night comes saving us from lies

No time to fight , no time to die

We have been blind, we closed our mind

No regrets for what's left behind

When darkness falls

We rise again

When darkness falls

The end begins

When darkness falls

We fall in love

When darkness falls

We sing this song

The night is our promised land

The day is our masquerade

There's no salvation here to find

No mercy for what's left behind

When darkness falls

We rise again

When darkness falls

The end begins

When darkness falls

We fall in love

When darkness falls

We sing this song

At the end of the day

When there's nothing left to say

When the silence never ends

When the words have no sense

At the end of the dream

When there's no lie and there's no sin

When the life comes to the end

When darkness falls

When darkness falls

We rise again

When darkness falls

The end begins

When darkness falls

We fall in love

When darkness falls

We sing this song

Goth Boy

This is quirky and hilarious!

Curse of Immortality

My sick little soul needs some dark and gloomy shit to make me happy.
