Hercules Renounces His Immortality

Hercules decides that being immortal is not all its cracked up to be. As mortals, I think that most of us have pondered what it would be like to be immortal. At this point in my life, I don't fear death. Having lived with crippling depression, I've often wished that I wouldn't wake up when I go to sleep. More than once I've looked to the Heavens and said "let me up, I've had enough."

I suppose that there is a reason why I'm still supposed to be here, otherwise I wouldn't still be here. I try to look for that reason and to find wisdom in the teachings of the Enlightened. I hope to somehow bring this world a little closer to the path of Love if in any way I can.
