This face is what makes me so angry at irresponsible pet owners who do not get their animals spayed/neutered, the pet overpopulation continues, and dogs like this end up in the kill shelter. Missy probably will not be alive tomorrow. I shared her on the Animal Anarchy page, but it's so late, I have my doubts.
