I can understand why people often have a knee jerk aversion to the word "Christianity." When they hear it, they think of this:
Yeah--your God sucks. Thankfully, he also only exists in your twisted minds.
But mocking those who have spiritual beliefs of any kind is hardly open-minded.
It doesn't matter to me whether or not you believe as I do. But why do you feel you have the right to call me stupid or ignorant for believing that there is something beyond this world? I don't call you stupid or ignorant for not believing it.
The truth is, nobody knows for sure. So, can't we all try to get along?
There's one thing we surely can agree on: The Westboro Batshit Church is filled with sick minded Morons.
This is the representation of the Christianity that I hold true. Christianity was not meant to be devoid of mystery. It was not meant to be filled with hateful rhetoric. It was meant to be a light in the darkness.
