Would You Eat Bugs?

Dan poses an interesting question. Here's my response.

I saw a program about this via Netflix. I believe it was from the National Geographic Channel.

Knowing that Carmine coloring is made from Cochneal insects doesn't particularly bother me, and I thought I could probably eat the grasshopper burger that they showed on the program and not be squicked out by it.

I could eat scorpions because they're rather similar to crustaceans, and I do eat shrimp and crab. But when you said cockroaches? Forget it, I'd die!
