All the idiots out there who are focusing on Gabrielle Douglas' hair--her HAIR, for fucksake--need to just move off the planet so there will be more resources left for people who actually have a brain and a purpose.
This young woman can do things that would wind me up in the hospital if I attempted them. She is a talented athlete and a good role model for today's girls. She seems polite and intelligent. How the hell her hair came to be such a big deal, I know not.
I will say, people who have nothing better to do than search for ways to criticize other people really need to examine how they're living their own lives. If you were accomplishing anything of merit yourself, you wouldn't have time to be dissing a teenage athlete for not having perfectly coiffed locks.
