The VMA's in Three Minutes

I learned all I needed to know about this year's VMA's by watching that three minute clip. No need to watch two hours or however long that sheep dip is. Bunch of self-congratulating fools, half of whom use auto tune.

I'm not one of those stodgy old farts who hates all music that isn't from my youth. I like a lot of music that was made before I was born, and I keep an open mind an an open ear when it comes to new music. There is a lot of new music that I like.

Most of it isn't on the VMA's.

Kanye West for President?

This is straight out of the "People I Don't Give Even One Single Fuck About" file, but it did get me pondering. If it were down to a choice between Donald Trump and Kanye West for president, who would I vote for?

The answer would be Kanye West. He's an egotistical asshat, but he isn't a sociopath, and he's far less of a racist than Trump.

Hell, I'd even vote for Kim Kardashian before I'd vote for Trump, and I think she'd be completely inept. 

Truth is, this nightmare scenario will never take place.

I'm going to predict that Hillary Clinton will get the Democratic nomination and Jeb Bush will get the Republican. I'll have to wait and see before deciding which of those I think will come out on top.
