I love snakes. As my sister mentioned in a post on her Posterous, we sometimes had pet garden snakes when we were growing up. We have never owned a larger snake, and nor would either of us want to. I think you really have to be prepared to care for these animals, and both of us own cats. Scary combination.
Nonetheless, even though I've got that Snake Love (yes, bring on the phallic symbol jokes) I still get a little Indiana Jonesed out when I see large numbers of snakes writhing around together. Yes, even baby snakes.
Freaked my man out too. He came up behind me to see what I was watching. He told me I was a big freak and he was going to work now where there are normal people.
No there aren't! I know the people he works with. They aren't any more normal than I am!
But we may be a little more normal than the Snake Bytes folks! ;-)
They sure do have fun, though.
