Oddly enough, my favorite Luke Perry role was not one of his bigger ones. It was this small part in The Fifth Element where he played a snarky archaeology assistant who found himself suddenly facing down the Mondoshawans, a benevolent but intimidating extraterrestrial race wearing bulky armor.
